Personal Dilemma Jennifer Edwards CJA/324 October 10, 2011 Melissa Andrewjeski Personal Dilemma life for a hypothesise is complicated enough in the gentlemans gentleman today, scarcely when you front get a concern you argon crazy and want to do a great job! The first couple weeks you try and do your best overshadow comments that your co- serveers interpret to you, because you do not want any clang at pass away. What about though when your supervisor overlooks other co-workers mistakes, yet if you nevertheless make the slightest mistake you constantly get it thrown in your face. This is where your morals and determine come in to fit at the work place a situation analogous to the star I stated above, made me revaluate my position and my values and morals. though a complicated conclusion I knew it was the remedy decision that I had to make for myself. The nature of the dilemma was I was work for the Boys and Girls Club as the Gang Pr all the sametion Coo rdinator and developmental offspring Specialist. Within a year of working for the baseball club I was promoted double, my job was to create a safe surround for the kids, and take a crap the gang fractions in the area, and aim them another way of behavior was available. The club had a some more staff members most of them did their job well, except for one man, named Shaq.

He was constantly late, came into work hung over, and even came to work high, and I caught him exchange drugs on the property.
